Team Members
Many of our Team Members have worked with us since the first day we opened our doors, and have invited many of their friends to join them on the Team at Hallmark. We are very proud of our warm and friendly people, who want you to genuinely feel “at home”. Let’s meet a few of them:
Delaina looks after our bookkeeping and financial matters, paperwork with Fraser Health, and keeps us all organized.
Joyce is our executive assistant,, and can tell you the answer to just about anything.
Michelle is one of our Wellness Team Members, checking on people's medical concerns...but at meals and special events, she jumps in to serve in the dining room too.

Andrea is also one of our Wellness Team Members. By serving in the dining room at meals, Wellness Team Members can be aware of people's nutritional health as well.
Brittany dreams up tasty treats for our dining rooms, and is always working to learn new skills. I'd like one of those pizzas!
Jenn is our hospitality coordinator, in charge of dining and housekeeping. We are an all-hands-on-deck place, where everyone jumps in to make special events happen, like a 100th birthday.
Ashley and our dining assistants always make sure that the tables are clean and inviting for your next meal.
Dale is one of our longest-serving staff members, and has cooked up many special meals, including lots of Christmas gala dinners.
Jenn and the Team dream up special Easter brunch buffets, complete with omelette bars and eggs Benedict.
Emily is our activities coordinator, injecting a dose of energy and laughter into a full slate of exciting activities and entertainers.
Jenn and many of our Team Members dress up for our annual car show themes, bring their families to help, and make it a great day for the neighbourhood.
Joanne helps lead our Team of nursing professionals to look after the medical needs of our assisted living Residents.
Randy is our executive director, leading the whole Team. Top of the day to you too!
Many of our Team Members come to work at Hallmark because they're looking for something beyond the typical mundane cubicle. No day is ever the same! Often, Hallmark Team Members have told their friends to come apply, and we have an amazing, dedicated Team, who love our Residents. On a regular basis, we are told by visitors that "something just felt special when I walked in here," and we think it's our people.
